FAQ's

I'm a new client, what does the booking process look like?

Fill out the New Client Intake Form--I will reach out (typically over text) within 24 hours with any follow up questions and to discuss our next course of action. From there, we select a day and time that works best for you and prepare for the appointment. It's that easy!

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Please come with clean, dry hair and bring any snacks you want to eat or activities/work you may want to complete during the appointment. I provide water, coffee, sparkling water, and a charger for your phone.

If I need to cancel or reschedule, what do I do?

Reach out to me over e-mail, text, or private message as soon as you can. 24 hours notice is preferable.

Where do I park?

Free parking is available in the lot behind the Sola Suites, either in front of the doors, or by driving around to the back of the lot and up to the second floor of the structure. You cannot park in the structure. Park in any spot marked Hyatt Valet or General Parking, but not the ICON spaces. Otherwise, paid street parking is available along North Main St using the Sentry Mobile app. 

Can I get a quote prior to my appointment?

Quotes are most accurately done in person. By filling out a New Client Intake Form or providing pictures and descriptions of your color history and hair type, I can provide a ballpark range of what your service may cost. If you want an accurate quote, please book a complimentary, 15-minute consultation.

What if I am not content with my service?

I offer complimentary tweaks on color and cuts when notified within 1 week of the initial appointment date. Please just let me know by e-mailing me or messaging me. I will not be offended-I would much prefer that you love your hair!
